Career at Arqum
Become part of our team
We are an interdisciplinary team with flat hierarchies , direct communication , and efficient processes . This is an essential foundation for us to deliver targeted and customer-oriented consulting projects.
Our employees demonstrate great personal commitment and interest in the project content. A crucial prerequisite for this is that each consultant can have a say in when and how much responsibility they take on and in which areas they wish to develop further.
Since we are a small company, we focus primarily on professional and personal development , e.g. through further training and additional qualifications – more so than on a hierarchically oriented career.
Every employee can contribute to the development of new consulting concepts and potentially expand them into a company-wide area of expertise, for which they can then also assume coordination. This benefits the company, but also their personal career.
We are also flexible at the organizational level to meet the needs of all our employees. For example, we offer various working time models and allow employees to work from home or remotely. These are all factors that our employees greatly appreciate and that promote a healthy work-life balance , thereby increasing satisfaction and motivation.
There are currently no job openings.
As an intern, you will support us in implementing our consulting projects for private and public clients. You will learn all the essential aspects of our consulting work – from the organizational and substantive preparation and follow-up of consulting meetings to handling research tasks and client inquiries. Depending on your experience and confidence, you will gradually take on more independent professional tasks within our projects and assist at client meetings, in consultation with our consultants.
