Energy consulting
Energy consulting is becoming increasingly important
Energy consulting is becoming increasingly important in the strategic planning of companies. This is due to rising energy prices, dwindling resources, and the expansion of renewable energies. In addition, companies are confronted with increasingly stringent legal requirements and regulations with which the government aims to further advance the energy transition . These include, for example, the Building Energy Act (GEG) , the Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG) , and the Energy Services Act (EDL-G).

Our comprehensive range of services covers all relevant core topics in the energy sector – from the implementation of an energy management system according to ISO 50001 to the development and implementation of customized energy efficiency measures. This includes, for example, an energy audit according to DIN EN 16247-1 . Furthermore, we will discuss funding opportunities for energy efficiency measures with you – for example, through the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control ( BAFA) or the KfW Development Bank . We also provide assistance in complying with energy law requirements.
Furthermore , you have the opportunity to participate in energy efficiency networks and ÖKOPROFIT® Energy . These networks incorporate the years of expertise of many companies that we have already successfully advised on sustainable and efficient energy management. Frequently asked questions about energy consulting in companies
What forms of energy consulting are there?
An energy audit according to DIN EN 16247-1 provides you with a good overview of your current energy consumption and sound advice on potential improvements. A certified energy management system, e.g., according to ISO 50001, enables you to continuously work on improving your energy efficiency and thus achieve systematic improvement.
What funding opportunities are available for energy consulting for companies?
In addition to municipal and regional funding programs, the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) and the KfW offer a wide range of funding opportunities for implementing energy efficiency measures. In our projects, we work with you to determine which funding programs are suitable for you and support you in applying for the grants.
Can companies save costs through energy consulting?
A key factor in professional energy consulting, such as an energy audit according to DIN EN 16247-1, is the cost-effectiveness of the proposed measures. As part of the energy audit, a cost-benefit analysis is performed for all measures, and they are prioritized accordingly. Energy costs are reduced through more efficient energy use after the implementation of the cost-effective measures and the resulting energy savings.
