Supply chain management: sustainable, secure, future-proof

Supply chains are under particular scrutiny today: customers, investors, and legislators expect transparency regarding the conditions under which products are manufactured and the risks along the value chain. Professional supply chain management helps you meet these requirements, identify risks early on, and make your supply chains resilient and future-proof.

A key legal component is the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) , which obligates companies above a certain size to fulfill human rights and environmental due diligence obligations. However, we not only support you in the legally compliant implementation of the LkSG, but also provide comprehensive guidance in establishing and developing effective supply chain management.

Current note: The Federal Government passed a resolution on September 3, 2025. Draft law to amend the LkSG The draft law proposes abolishing the previously mandatory reporting to the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) on compliance with due diligence obligations. The change is intended to apply retroactively to reporting periods from 2023 onwards. The fundamental due diligence obligations under the Local Government Act (LkSG) will remain in place; however, in the future only serious violations will be sanctioned. The draft law is currently going through the parliamentary process.
