Consulting in the area of compliance
Compliance Audit
Are you seeking legal certainty in the areas of environment, energy, occupational safety, information security, and data protection? As part of a compliance audit, we work with you to assess whether your organization has the necessary processes in place to ensure compliance with the relevant requirements. During the audit, we create a legal register listing the legal standards relevant to your company. For this, we use our Arqum Compliance Tool , which combines the advantages of digitally designed processes with personalized consulting.
Our guided tour will give you insight into all the functions of the compliance tool and introduce you to the different performance levels.

Your benefits
Compliance Audit: This is how we proceed
- Selection of legal provisions to be auditedIn cooperation with the contact persons in your organization, a selection of the legal regulations to be audited will be made based on a current audit catalog.
- Interviews with responsible persons: Interviews with those responsible within the company are used to gather information on the relevant legal regulations and their implementation within the company.
- Random checks of the supporting documentation: The auditors conduct random checks to determine whether the documents available in the company comply with the requirements of the legal regulations.
- Setting priorities (optional): In consultation with the client, key areas for the audit can be defined in order to examine certain topics in more detail.
documentation of the results
The results of the compliance audit are summarized in a report containing recommendations for improving the company's compliance situation. In addition, we create a legal register that documents the legal regulations relevant to the company and their implementation status.
You will also receive twelve months of access to the Basic Module of our Arqum Compliance Tool . This tool allows you to view the legal register and audit results, as well as export the data to an Excel file. Additional functions can be added upon request.
Please note: A compliance audit does not replace a legal review in individual cases. The client is obligated to seek legal advice if there is any doubt regarding the interpretation or application of legal regulations.
