The German Training Week on Energy Efficiency will be included in the portfolio of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). We are pleased to be able to conduct nine more energy efficiency training courses by 2025.

Arqum is leading new international energy efficiency training courses

Last year, as part of a pilot project, we had the opportunity to design and implement the German Training Week on Energy Efficiency (GTW-EnEff) in Kenya, Jordan, Senegal, and Nigeria. The project was a resounding success: all participants provided very positive feedback, and the German technology providers, who were able to present their companies alongside practical examples, also drew a positive conclusion. The combination of moderated exchange between German and local companies and the training on efficiency improvement and energy saving was considered particularly valuable.

Following the successful pilot phase in 2022, the German Training Weeks on Energy Efficiency (GTW – EnEff) are now being incorporated into the portfolio of the project development program of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). We are pleased to be able to conduct nine further energy efficiency training courses in various countries of the Global South between 2023 and 2025. To be even more precisely tailored to local conditions, the upcoming GTW-EnEff courses will each be accompanied by local experts who will conduct the training together with our team.

Energy efficiency training courses will take place in Côte d'Ivoire and Vietnam in 2023. We are already looking forward to collaborating with the local experts and those responsible for the project development program.
