We're celebrating one year of the Arqum Compliance Tool! Following a pilot phase starting in summer 2023, we officially launched our digital compliance tool in January 2024. Since then, we've used the tool to conduct more than 360 audits for over 200 clients. Currently, around 400 satisfied users are already using our new compliance tool, which combines the advantages of digitally designed processes with the positive effects of personalized support. This allows us to provide even more intensive support to your company in the area of legal compliance and help you navigate the multitude of legal regulations in environmental, energy, and occupational health and safety law.

Arqum and DUROtherm have been partners for quite some time. Until now, compliance topics were handled using an Excel spreadsheet. In comparison, the online tool is much clearer, easier to filter, and easier to edit. I especially like that changes are indicated by icons. What's new with the Arqum Compliance Tool?
The Compliance Tool gives you digital access to the results of your compliance audits . It also provides additional functions for processing these audits, as well as up-to-date information on legal changes. Since its official launch a year ago, we have continuously developed the tool.
In September 2024, we released two guided tours of the compliance tool to better introduce our customers to its diverse functions:

Since a performance update in November 2024, audit overviews, legal registers and audit results are displayed even faster and filters are performed more quickly.
Our new interpretation guide for the legal register is designed to help you understand how the legal register fits into the audit process and to explain what was examined using the legal register and with what result.
